Season 8, Episode 4
: The four remaining teams try Nashville's famous hot chicken and are challenged to make their own versions of the dish -- without the chicken. Then, the teams must create their own self-promotion, much like the artists of the city.

The Great Food Truck Race
Each week, food truck teams roll into a new city and spend a frantic weekend competing to see which group can sell the most food. The last team standing wins the $50,000 grand prize.
1. Battle for the South: The Big 'Not So Easy'
The teams battle to create a version of the beignet to sell in New Orleans.
