Here We Go Again

Lindsey and her family begin renovation on the Springs Motel in New Ashford, MA, starting with one of the outdated cabins. A visit to a former ski resort from her childhood inspires Lindsey to transform the cabin into a winter chalet.

Lobbying for a Good Time

Lindsey renovates the motel lobby and tackles its tricky layout while enlisting the help of her siblings to decorate the space with finds from a local antique auction. Later, Lindsey's family welcomes their grandmother, Nonni, to the motel.

The Beer Garden

Lindsey enlists the help of friends from her bartending days to transform the motel carport into a relaxing beer garden for gathering. Lindsey's siblings visit a local junkyard to find a vintage trailer to renovate into a modern bar for the outdoor space.

The Pool

Lindsey and her family breathe new life into the pool at the Springs Motel, transforming it into a beautiful, 1960s-inspired oasis. To celebrate its opening, they host a talent show, complete with synchronized swimming and hot dog launchers.

The Extended Stay

Lindsey and her family update an old cabin into a pet-friendly extended stay for her guests. Later, the family goes apple picking and competes in a friendly game to decide which siblings must make every bed in the motel's rooms.

Lindsey Levels Up

Lindsey focuses on her personal cabin and, with the help of her siblings, transforms it into a beautiful summer chalet complete with a guest room for her grandmother. Later, the family goes antique hunting to decorate the new space.

Honeymooners

Hoping to attract couples and newlyweds, Lindsey and her siblings transform two small motel rooms into a romantic honeymoon suite. Lindsey also furnishes the rest of the rooms of the motel with towels, sheets and soaps.

All Good Things

The last project is the most challenging as Lindsey and her family transform the exterior of the motel into a garden space, complete with new paint and fresh sod. They enjoy a final outing together at a local pumpkin farm before throwing a goodbye party.
