Parvesh & Amanda head to Âu Lạc LA to hang with DC Arrowverse heroes Osric Chau (Supernatural, Crisis on Infinite Earths) and Chantal Thuy (Black Lightning) to talk about what keeps them in hero shape, and what eating clean means to them. We then catch up with Jim Lee, Co-Publisher and Chief Creative Officer of DC Comics, to find out which superhero inspired him the most growing up.

Legends

At Warrior on Sunset Strip, Gilbert and Amanda join Shannon Lee to talk about her dad Bruce Lee's legacy and her show "Warrior," and what they ate as a family growing up. We then catch up with famed director Justin Lin to hear about working in his dad's fish and chips restaurant, and how that was the inspiration behind his first short film.

On the Side

Amanda meets up with the Fung Brothers to feast on banchan, those little side dishes served along your order at Korean restaurants. At a whopping 24 dishes, KJ BBQ has one of the best spreads of banchan in all of Los Angeles. With Kimchi being a staple banchan dish, we then head to the Cosmos Kimchi factory with Stacy and Anthony to meet the family behind one of the largest kimchi manufacturers, and we learn a little about fermentation.

Fusion

Lana meets up with Ross Butler (13 Reasons Why, Riverdale) and fellow foodie fam Stacy at the famed Asian Fusion restaurant E.P. & L.P., a Hollywood hot spot for its boundary-defying dishes and gorgeous rooftop view. We learn how Ross Butler is no stranger to cultural collision as he is mixed race himself. Later, Shannon Lee, tells the story about her father Bruce Lee's love for her mother's Spaghetti.

All You Can Eat

Gilbert and Lana meet up with Jimmy O. Yang to visit Shiki Seafood Buffet, one of the most well known Asian buffets in Southern California. As they sit down with their first plate, they contemplate: why are buffets so popular in Asian communities? Food historian, David R. Chan, breaks down the history of the Chinese buffet and lets us know where the idea originated.

Memories

Anthony Ma, his Ma, and his young son Jaylen take Parvesh on a trip for an unconventional Taiwanese meal at Yi Mei Taiwanese breakfast, one of Anthony's favorite childhood spots. He introduces his baby to the restaurant owners, the way his mom did to him as a child and we learn how Anthony's mom grew up eating this type of breakfast every day. We then hear from Jimmy O. Yang, as he recounts memories of his pet chicken Gary in Hong Kong, and when his dad cooked it for dinner. It was the closest thing to farm-to-table dinner.

Cooking at Home

Lana video chats her friend and new cookbook author, Jimmy Wong (Mulan) to get an at-home cooking class with one of the recipes from his book. Inspired by his favorite movies and TV shows, we learn to make a decadent dessert and hear how being part of two upcoming major movies has kept Jimmy busy. Later, our foodie fam face-off in a remote cook off. Using a mystery box of ingredients, they whip up a delicious dish in hopes of impressing guest judge Dale Talde.

Connected

In "Connected," we explore the new way we are connecting virtually. Parvesh invites his friends Sonal Shah, Danny Pudi, and Janina Gavankar for a south east asian meal. We then spotlight "#stage13supports"- a campaign launched to recognize Asian restaurants and small businesses during the pandemic.
