Basic med reklam

  1. Erbjudandet ("Erbjudandet") ger dig tillgång till Max månadsabonnemang Basic med reklam till ett reducerat pris av 44,50 kr/månad från det datum du tecknar ditt abonnemang till ditt förnyelsedatum i januari 2025 ("Kampanjperioden"). Vid slutet av Kampanjperioden kommer ditt abonnemang att automatiskt förnyas till det då gällande månadspriset (för närvarande 89,00 kr/månad) på återkommande basis, såvida det inte avslutas före förnyelsen.
  2. Erbjudandet måste lösas in senast den 30 september 2024.
  3. Befintliga kunder med abonnemang på Max (tidigare HBO Max) är inte berättigade till Erbjudandet.
  4. Erbjudandet gäller endast i Sverige.
  5. Du måste vara minst 18 år gammal för att teckna abonnemang på Max.
  6. När du har aktiverat Erbjudandet på Max och byter abonnemangsplan under Kampanjperioden, kommer eventuella förmåner, besparingar, kostnadsfria provperioder eller rabatter som är specifika för Erbjudandet att gå förlorade.
  7. Erbjudandet inkluderar inte eller gäller inte för tillägget Sport.
  8. Erbjudandet är personligt för dig, är inte överförbart och kan endast lösas in en gång och kan inte kombineras med något annat erbjudande för Max.
  9. Att teckna abonnemang på Max kommer inte att avsluta din befintliga abonnemang på discovery+. För att avsluta ditt abonnemang på discovery+, gå till Ditt konto>Abonnemang i ditt discovery+-konto.
  10. Max tillhandahålls av HBO Nordic AB, Kungsgatan 12, 111 35 Stockholm, Sverige.
  11. DPlay Entertainment Limited förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst dra tillbaka Erbjudandet om det finns rimliga skäl att tro att dessa villkor ("Erbjudandevillkor") har överträtts.
  12. Du kommer att behöva registrera dig för Max och godkänna de tillämpliga Användarvillkoren samt Integritetspolicyn innan du kan lösa in Erbjudandekoden. Dessa Erbjudandevillkor är ett tillägg till sådana Användarvillkor.
  13. Dessa Erbjudandevillkor ska styras av och tolkas i enlighet med lagarna i England och Wales. Dock kommer dessa Erbjudandevillkor inte att begränsa några konsumenträttigheter som du kan ha rätt till enligt obligatoriska lagar i ditt hemland och om du inte bor i England och Wales, kommer du att kunna göra anspråk i domstolarna i ditt hemland enligt dess tillämpliga lagar.

Basic with Ads

  1. The offer (the “Offer”) gives you access to the Max monthly Basic with Ads plan at the reduced price of 44.50 kr /month from the date you subscribe until your renewal date in January 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). At the end of the Promotional Period, your subscription will automatically renew to the then current monthly price (currently 89.00 kr/month) on a recurring basis unless cancelled before renewal.
  2. The Offer must be redeemed on or before 30 September 2024.
  3. Existing subscribers to Max (previously HBO Max) are not eligible for the Offer.
  4. The Offer is valid in Sweden only.
  5. You must be aged 18 or over to sign up to Max.
  6. Once you’ve activated the Offer on Max, if you switch plans on Max during the Promotional Period, any benefits, savings, free trials or discounts specific to the Offer will be lost.
  7. The Offer does not include or apply to the Sports add-on.
  8. The Offer is personal to you, is not transferable and may only be redeemed once and cannot be combined with any other offer for Max.
  9. Subscribing to Max will not cancel your existing discovery+ subscription. To cancel your discovery+ subscription, go to Your Account>Subscription in your discovery+ account.
  10. Max is provided by HBO Nordic AB, Kungsgatan 12, 111 35 Stockholm, Sweden.
  11. DPlay Entertainment Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions ("OfferTerms") have been breached.
  12. You will be required to register for Max and agree to the applicable Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before you can redeem the Offer voucher code. These Offer Terms are additional to such Terms of Use.
  13. These Offer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, these Offer Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in England and Wales, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under its applicable laws.
