  1. Tilbudet ("Tilbudet") gir deg tilgang til Max-abonnementet Standard til redusert pris på 64,50 kr/måned fra datoen du begynner å abonnere og frem til fornyelsesdatoen din i januar 2025 ("Tilbudsperioden"). Ved slutten av Tilbudsperioden vil abonnementet ditt automatisk fornyes til den da gjeldende månedlige prisen (nå 129,00 kr/måned) på løpende basis med mindre det kanselleres før fornyelse.
  2. Tilbudet må innløses senest innen utgangen av 30. september 2024.
  3. Eksisterende abonnenter på Max (tidligere HBO Max) kan ikke benytte seg av tilbudet.
  4. Tilbudet gjelder kun i Norge.
  5. Du må være 18 år eller eldre for å registrere deg for Max.
  6. Når du har aktivert Tilbudet på Max, vil eventuelle fordeler, besparelser, gratis prøveperioder eller rabatter som gjelder for Tilbudet gå tapt dersom du bytter abonnement på Max i løpet av Tilbudsperioden.
  7. Tilbudet inkluderer ikke og gjelder ikke tilleggsabonnementet Sport.
  8. Tilbudet er personlig for deg, kan ikke overføres, og kan bare innløses én gang, og kan ikke kombineres med andre tilbud på Max.
  9. Å abonnere på Max vil ikke kansellere ditt eksisterende abonnement på discovery+. For å kansellere abonnementet ditt på discovery+, gå til Din konto>Abonnement i din discovery+-konto.
  10. Max leveres av HBO Nordic AB, Kungsgatan 12, 111 35 Stockholm, Sverige.
  11. DPlay Entertainment Limited forbeholder seg retten til å trekke tilbake Tilbudet når som helst hvis det er rimelig grunn til å tro at disse vilkårene ("Tilbudsvilkårene") er brutt.
  12. Du må registrere deg for Max og godta gjeldende bruksvilkår og personvernerklæring før du kan innløse Tilbudskoden. Disse Tilbudsvilkårene gjelder i tillegg til slike bruksvilkår.
  13. Disse Tilbudsvilkårene skal være underlagt og tolkes i samsvar med lovene i England og Wales. Ingenting i disse Tilbudsvilkårene skal imidlertid begrense eventuelle forbrukerrettigheter du kan ha i henhold til obligatorisk lovgivning i ditt bostedsland. Hvis du ikke bor i England og Wales, vil du kunne fremme krav for domstolene i ditt bostedsland i henhold til dets gjeldende lover.

Standard

  1. The offer (the “Offer”) gives you access to the Max monthly Standard plan at the reduced price of 64.50 kr/month from the date you subscribe until your renewal date in January 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). At the end of the Promotional Period, your subscription will automatically renew to the then current monthly price (currently 129.00 kr/month) on a recurring basis unless cancelled before renewal.
  2. The Offer must be redeemed on or before 30 September 2024.
  3. Existing subscribers to Max (previously HBO Max) are not eligible for the Offer.
  4. The Offer is valid in Norway only.
  5. You must be aged 18 or over to sign up to Max.
  6. Once you’ve activated the Offer on Max, if you switch plans on Max during the Promotional Period, any benefits, savings, free trials or discounts specific to the Offer will be lost.
  7. The Offer does not include or apply to the Sports add-on.
  8. The Offer is personal to you, is not transferable and may only be redeemed once and cannot be combined with any other offer for Max.
  9. Subscribing to Max will not cancel your existing discovery+ subscription. To cancel your discovery+ subscription, go to Your Account>Subscription in your discovery+ account.
  10. Max is provided by HBO Nordic AB, Kungsgatan 12, 111 35 Stockholm, Sweden.
  11. DPlay Entertainment Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") have been breached.
  12. You will be required to register for Max and agree to the applicable Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before you can redeem the Offer voucher code. These Offer Terms are additional to such Terms of Use.
  13. These Offer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, these Offer Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in England and Wales, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under its applicable laws.
