  1. Tarjous ("tarjous") antaa sinulle Max-käyttöoikeuden Standard-kuukausitilaukseen alennettuun hintaan €5,00/kk tilauksen tekemisestä tammikuun 2025 uusiutumispäivään asti ("Kampanjakausi"). Kampanjakauden päättyessä tilauksesi uusiutuu toistuvasti automaattisesti sen hetkiseen kuukausihintaan (tällä hetkellä €9,99/kk), ellei tilausta peruuteta ennen sen uusiutumista.
  2. Tarjous on lunastettava viimeistään 30. syyskuuta 2024.
  3. Maxin (aiemmin HBO Max) nykyiset tilaajat eivät ole oikeutettuja tarjoukseen.
  4. Tarjous on voimassa vain Suomessa.
  5. Sinun on oltava vähintään 18-vuotias voidaksesi rekisteröityä Maxiin.
  6. Kun olet aktivoinut tarjouksen Maxissa ja vaihdat tilausta kampanjakauden aikana, menetät kaikki tarjoukseen liittyvät edut, säästöt, ilmaiset kokeilujaksot tai alennukset.
  7. Tarjous ei sisällä Sports-lisäpalvelua eikä sitä sovelleta siihen.
  8. Tarjous on henkilökohtainen, sitä ei voi siirtää ja sen voi lunastaa vain kerran, eikä sitä voi yhdistää muihin Maxin tarjouksiin.
  9. Maxin tilaaminen ei peruuta olemassa olevaa discovery+-tilaustasi. Jos haluat peruuttaa discovery+-tilauksesi, siirry discovery+-tililläsi kohtaan Tilisi>Tilaus.
  10. Maxin tarjoaa HBO Nordic AB, Kungsgatan 12, 111 35 Tukholma, Ruotsi.
  11. DPlay Entertainment Limited pidättää oikeuden peruuttaa tarjous milloin tahansa, jos on perusteltua syytä uskoa, että näitä ehtoja ("tarjousehdot") on rikottu.
  12. Sinun on rekisteröidyttävä Maxiin ja hyväksyttävä sovellettavat käyttöehdot sekä hyväksyttävä tietosuojakäytäntö ennen kuin voit lunastaa tarjouskoodin. Nämä tarjousehdot täydentävät kyseisiä käyttöehtoja.
  13. Näihin tarjousehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia ja niitä tulkitaan Suomen lainsäädännön mukaisesti. Nämä tarjousehdot eivät kuitenkaan rajoita mitään kuluttajansuojaoikeuksia, joita sinulla voi olla asuinmaasi pakottavan lainsäädännön nojalla. Jos et asu Suomessa, voit nostaa kanteen asuinmaasi tuomioistuimissa asuinmaasi sovellettavan lainsäädännön nojalla.

Standard

  1. The offer (the “Offer”) gives you access to the Max monthly Standard plan at the reduced price of €5.00/month from the date you subscribe until your renewal date in January 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). At the end of the Promotional Period, your subscription will automatically renew to the then current monthly price (currently €9.99/month) on a recurring basis unless cancelled before renewal.
  2. The Offer must be redeemed on or before 30 September 2024.
  3. Existing subscribers to Max (previously HBO Max) are not eligible for the Offer.
  4. The Offer is valid in Finland only.
  5. You must be aged 18 or over to sign up to Max.
  6. Once you’ve activated the Offer on Max, if you switch plans on Max during the Promotional Period, any benefits, savings, free trials or discounts specific to the Offer will be lost.
  7. The Offer does not include or apply to the Sports add-on.
  8. The Offer is personal to you, is not transferable and may only be redeemed once and cannot be combined with any other offer for Max.
  9. Subscribing to Max will not cancel your existing discovery+ subscription. To cancel your discovery+ subscription, go to Your Account>Subscription in your discovery+ account.
  10. Max is provided by HBO Nordic AB, Kungsgatan 12, 111 35 Stockholm, Sweden.
  11. DPlay Entertainment Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions ("OfferTerms") have been breached.
  12. You will be required to register for Max and agree to the applicable Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before you can redeem the Offer voucher code. These Offer Terms are additional to such Terms of Use.
  13. These Offer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. However, these Offer Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in Finland, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under its applicable laws.
