Audio description is an alternate audio track that you can turn on to narrate important visual details such as actions, facial expressions, scene changes, on-screen text, and other visual content.

  • We make it easy to find titles with Audio Description available. On the HBO Max Home screen, find the Browse by Genre row, then choose Audio Description. Or look for the Audio Description icon on the details page of your favorite series and movies. (Some series may not have descriptive narrations for every episode.)
